Aside from being able to purchase and drink alcohol in the U.S., everything else is open to her now. Voting, driving (I know it's 16 in the States, but for us it's a little different), enlisting, firearms, cigarettes, legal documents, medical appointments, checking accounts, passports. She can be processed as an adult in court, and also called to jury duty. She might have a problem (and cost) renting a car or reserving a hotel room, but both are now possible.
